Nestled in a serene residential cul-de-sac, just a brief 5-minute drive from the beach, local shops, and public transportation, this studio retreat offers a cozy atmosphere. With a small kitchen, small loungeroom, bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the breathtaking national park and Terrigal/Wamberal. Our space is not suitable for parties. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

We have created a fabulous private studio retreat on our 150 acre farm for 2 people wanting that private secluded getaway, bubbas stay free, byo baby needs. also a tiny house trained doggo would be welcomed. You can’t leave the dog alone at any time if you go out it must go with you. It is a magical space with a hot tub just outside the door for your personal use watching the sunset with a bottle of bubbles that we supply you may see a Kangaroo or two or even a wombat. We don’t have WiFi.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.

Josies Studio is your home away from home. Only 5 minutes to the heart of the Hunter Valley and all the amazing food and wine it has to offer. A wide selection of great activities are also available, including golf, hot air ballooning. The Studio is a recently converted, secure space with private access. We also offer restaurant transfers and wine tours for a small additional cost. Josies is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Our 'Golf Haven Guest House' has direct access to the Toukley Golf Course Restaurant and Bar. Our ground floor guest house features 2 large bedrooms each with a Queen size bed and a third bedroom with a King single bed. The guest house has an outside pool and your own spa bath to relax in after 18 holes of Golf. The nearby Lakes Beach is only 5 minutes drive or 25 minute leisurely walk through the Golf Course on a dedicated pathway.
