La sala de estar ofrece una vista verde del jardín y el Mosela (vista lateral). El apartamento dispone de un dormitorio independiente con televisión y un sofá cama en el salón, también equipado con televisión. Una cocina abierta y totalmente equipada está integrada en el salón.

Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
