Drvena tradicionalna kuća 90m2 s velikim privatnim bazenom, smješteno pored šume na imanju od 12.000m2, dvije kupaonice, spavaća soba s bračnim krevetom + dječji krevetić, soba u potkrovlju s 2 kreveta + bračni krevet, dnevna soba s trosjedom, terasa s pogledom na bazen (400m2). Roštilj i mnoštvo sadržaja za djecu i odrasle. Smještena u parku prirode s nebrojenim prirodnim i rukom izrađenim ljepotama. Iznajmljuje se kuća sagrađena 1778. godine, koja je nedavno renovirana, a pritom su zadržani tradicionalni materijali gradnje. U prizemlju je dnevna soba s blagovaonicom, kuhinja, kupaonica s WC-om, prostorija saune, a u potkrovlju dvije spavaće sobe i predsoblje (ukupno 105 m2). Osigurano je parkirno mjesto i natkriveni roštilj s terasom. Oko kuće nalazi se prekrasna priroda, pa je kuća idealna za smještaj ljubitelja prirode, lovaca i ribolovaca. U blizini je Arboretum Opeka i špilja Vindija.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.
