Hi, my name is Ryan and I’m a full time musician who travels a ton. My beautiful cottage home is located only 1 mile from the Marietta Square and sits right down the road from all the incredible nature walks that Kennesaw Mountain has to offer. Come stay in this extremely clean and well maintained home away from home. Quiet, safe, plenty of free parking in the driveway, and a front door keypad lock for the easiest access. I’m looking forward to hosting new friends!:)

You’ll love our place because of a quiet, separate entry to a spacious apartment, and high deck with a view. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Welcome to the Hancock Guesthouse located in the heart of Smyrna. Originally a workshop built in the 1940s, the space was completely renovated to a modern studio. This one-bedroom studio guesthouse with a queen bed, living area, kitchenette, and private bathroom is full of natural light and charm. Located within a short walk of a coffee shop and amazing restaurants. A great place to explore Smyrna, Marietta, or even venture to downtown Atlanta.

Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾
