Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

Old Veterinarian Office, Heart of Amish Country!

In 1946 my parents lived here, using the upstairs as dad's veterinarians office. I've remodeled it using their doors, sinks, and artwork, an Amish made bed & bedding, and included locally made soaps & coffee. My parents were simple, peaceful, and relaxed, and I hope you feel that during your stay. This unique building has one bedroom, one bathroom, a small living area with a pull-out couch and kitchen. It is located just minutes away from downtown Berlin, local farms, bakeries and so much more!

The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft with a comfy queen size bed and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!
