Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

The kitchenette has basic cooking facilities and a light continental breakfast is provided There is free wifi, a smart tv, a chair and ottoman to relax in within the room and outside there are numerous seating options and an 8m pool to enjoy.

Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.
