Our secluded cottage, located at the foot of outstanding ancient woodland with beautiful Teme Valley views, offers a newly refurbished annexe for our guests. A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in is from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.

Situated in the heart of Teme Valley the Annexe serves as the perfect country retreat. Popular with walkers and day trippers alike. There is plenty to do for the children with peacocks, ducks and chickens plus the outside play area with 70 metre zip wire. The building itself is a beautiful Grade 2 listed Queen Anne farmhouse with courtyard, simply decorated, complete with exposed beams and unique features. Comfortable sleeping and cooking arrangements. Woodburner and large selection of books.

Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £20 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis ct and 40 acres of grounds

Mulberry Cottage is situated on a working small holding, in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, with direct access to a network of footpaths. Vickie, Lee & our labrador welcome you to The Little Barn - a beautiful open plan barn conversion in the beautiful Wyre Forest area of Worcestershire. The interior exude light and space. Sleeps 2-4 guests in two double rooms (bedrooms are open plan). We can provide a cot. There are two sofas, sky TV, broadband and a dining area for 6. There is also a wet room. Kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave & air frier but no hob/oven . Off-road parking and separate access.

Haybridge Cottage annexe is set in the hamlet of Haybridge in the beautiful Shropshire countryside . Although our postal address is Kidderminster we are about 30 minutes drive from there. The small town of Cleobury Mortimer is just 5 minutes away whilst the lovely riverside town of Tenbury Wells is a 10 minute drive. Historic Ludlow lies 12 miles away, a glorious trip over Clee Hill with stunning views. The annexe has its own private garden and terrace with wonderful views in every direction.
