The Eh Frame is a 3-story, Scandinavian-inspired luxury cabin with two fully separate units: the Sunrise and Sunset Suites. Your group will have exclusive access to the Sunrise Suite (everything shown in the photos), including two bedrooms, a patio, a private spa, and a fire pit. The front unit, Sunset Suite, is a separate rental. A full firewall runs through the center of the home, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The cottage is nestled on the scenic shores of Chandos Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the Kawartha’s, a mere 2.5 hours northeast of Toronto and 3 hours from Ottawa. Well equipped with modern amenities, you sacrifice nothing. There is a gentle slope to the water’s edge where you’ll find a dock and a great swimming spot with a sandy bottom. There are 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboat available for your use along with the recommended safety equipment.

Come visit our A-frame cabin in the woods on Eels Creek! I built this place myself over 18 months with some generous help from my friends and supervision from wife (in the form of naps). The area is known for its snowshoe and cross-country ski trails. At night we welcome you to cozy up by the outdoor firepit and enjoy the stars. Lots of firewood is provided with your rental. In the warmer months there is lots of hiking and paddling to do.
