Willkommen in unserer FICHTE45! Die Airbnb-Wohnung befindet sich in einer sanierten Industriehalle im Nürnberger Stadtteil Rennweg. Wir selbst haben in der ehemaligen Schreinerei unser Architekturbüro und wollten mit der Airbnb-Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss einen schönen Rückzugsort für Nürnberg-Besucher schaffen. Neben der Airbnb-Wohnung gibt es in der FICHTE45 Büros, Seminarräume und Coworking Spaces für lokale Firmen. Du wohnst also in ganz besonderer Atmosphäre!

Apartment Wöhrder Wiese with old town flair

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Es handelt sich um ein Privatzimmer in einem sehr zentralgelegenen Appartement mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, vielen Restaurants und Kneipen in der Umgebung. Der Christkindlesmarkt sowie viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten, sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Das Parkhaus Sebalder Höfe befindet sich in 300 m Entfernung. Gute Anbindung an die drei U-Bahnlinien. Das Appartement steht dir alleine zur Verfügung, da ich mich gerade im Ausland befinde.
