House is only 8 mins drive to the gorgeous long beach and 2 mins walk to the Oceanside LIRR train station, which goes directly to Manhattan. Several restaurants and fun places nearby. Home was recently renovated, and is in fresh condition. You would have all the privacy you need. Master bedroom is big. Air mattress and crib are available upon request.

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
