Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Das Haus besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern mit jeweils 2 Doppelbetten & einem Stockbett. Im großen Schlafzimmer oben befindet sich eine Heimkino-Anlage mit Netflixanschluss. Desweiteren hat das Haus 2 Bäder mit Toilette & einer zusätzlichen Toilette im 1. Stock. Es ist sowohl eine Dusche, als auch 2 Badewannen vorhanden. Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich außerdem noch ein Fitnessraum & ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inkl. Kaffeevollautomat, etc.

It is the perfect destination for holiday or business traveler(2 desks available)and everyone can enjoy the 1.600 square meters garden, outdoor pool (May 1st-Sept. 1st),sauna,hot tub,infrared cabin.

Gemütlicher Bauwagen in Seenähe - Tiny House

Gemütlicher Bauwagen zum Wohlfühlen, im Garten mit Birn- und Apfelbäumen und mit zwei Laufenten. Idyllisch zu jeder Jahreszeit. Zum See geht es aus dem Gartentor, über die Strasse und noch 150m..., dann steht man am Badesee, Rundgang um den See 1,5 km. Autark im Bauwagen. Eine Selbstversorgerküche und ein separates Bad befinden sich im Nebengebäude, eigene Nutzung (nicht im Wohnhaus der Familie). Wir (Gesa und Christoph mit unseren beiden Kindern) wohnen im Haus auf demselben Grundstück.

Accommodation was completely renovated in 2023/2024. The tiled stove has remained and is my personal highlight, the small but nice balcony with awning also invites you to linger. Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Diese neu ausgestattete, moderne Wohnung mit mehr als 100qm Wohnfläche liegt in einem Zweifamilienhaus mit großer Terrasse und sehr großem Garten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem idyllischen Ort "Maria Thalheim". Dort finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Bäcker (mit Lebensmitteln des täglichen Bedarfes), einen Metzger sowie ein italienisches Restaurant mit Biergarten. Im Sommer lädt der Naturbadesee (zu Fuß erreichbar) zum schwimmen und relaxen ein.

Unser kleines Ferienhäuschen liegt inmitten auf unserem Pferdehof auf dem wir auch selbst wohnen. Hier wohnt man idyllisch in der Natur und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ruhige Spazierwege direkt ab Hof laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg und München (je ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt) bietet sich für Stadterkundungen an. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Sauna. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Nahverkehrsanbindung via Bus ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Ingolstädter Hauptbahnhof (20 Minuten bis München) liegt ca. 3km entfernt

Besuche uns im Herzen Bayerns in Ingolstadts historischer Altstadt. Zur Verfügung steht eine vollausgestattete Wohnung mit Ausblick auf die Dächter der historischen Altstadt. Die Wohnung / Zimmer befinden sich im dritten bzw. vierten Stockwerk. Wir teilen uns ein Treppenhaus aber die Wohnung ist ganz für Euch alleine. Radfahrer sind herzlich willkommen und Eure Räder können wir auch sicher verstauen.
