Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Casa Marta je prekrasna novoizgrađena mala moderna vila s privatnim bazenom, dizajnirana s ljubavlju i pažnjom koja svojim gostima nudi savršen odmor, za sve koji traže drukčiji oblik odmora, daleko od ljetne vreve i prenapučenih turističkih središta. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji u mjestu Marčana, od Pule je udaljena 10 km, od prve plaze 8 km, restorana 5 km te trgovine 1,5 km.

PULA- House with Garden,near Roman Arena

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI

Cottage With Private Pool

The house was an old peasant cottage renovated to modern standards with pool. The whole property is for your sole use. The only and nearest house is 50 meters away, but there is olive grove in between so you cannot see the neighbours and vice versa. The house is situated on the hill and you have direct view of Motovun and Mirna valley.
