I have lovingly restored this family home so that it is warm and welcoming for my friends, children, grandchildren and you! My 5 grandkids are to thank for the addition of a hot tub, tree swing, water kitchen and play house area. The cottage is 5 mins from Lancing Beach & near both Brighton and Worthing. The Place

A self contained annex. The annex is attached to the house but completely separate. It consist of 1 bedroom, small hallway, bathroom and living room kitchen area combined. Parking is off road on a private driveway. Within walking distance are a local restaurant, Co-op, Petrol Station & Fish & Chip Shop. The main town is nearby, as is the beach front. We are also very close to the South Downs. There is main train station and Brighton is approximately 20 mins by train.
