You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Thirty minutes from Tampa and Wesley Chapel, one hour to Disney and minutes to numerous wedding venues and amenities in the Dade City area. Come and enjoy the quaint downtown of Dade City, while still being close to all the action. The apartment has TVs and cable, in each bedroom and living room, kitchen with all amenities, washer and dryer and garage. We ask for dogs to be under 30lbs for reservations over 30 days.

You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking. This home is fully fenced and features a private dock. We are pet friendly for well behaved four legged friends that enjoy traveling. We have a 14 ft canoe and 2 kayaks for you to enjoy. We do have a small gas motor you can rent for the canoe allowing you to truly explore the lakes.

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.
