Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

Relax and unwind in this unique getaway. Located right on the beach toward the far end of the Peninsula. Beautiful views during the day, sunsets at night. The boardwalk and ocean are right underneath your window. Occasionally you can see dolphins swimming under your window. Walk to the bay side for paddleboarding, swimming. Close to 2nd street and 2nd & PCH for restaurants. Easy access to the marina, Shoreline Village, aquarium, downtown Long Beach, convention center, cruiseship terminal.

This is a cozy (700sq ft), remodeled, single level one bedroom duplex with one bathroom. Just steps to the sand and 4 blocks to Main Street and the pier. The property is a quiet bungalow surrounded by cozy cottages and magnificent mansions. Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated! This is a 1 bedroom with a king bed, trundle bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Includes 1 garage space with washer and dryer.

It has private entrance with front door and back door ( little backyard , open space, share walk way in the back with neighbor). It is a small studio, remodel as our best, total appr 280 sqft .
