Modern additions to the Cottage include central heating, wifi, fully equipped new kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Sadly we can't accept children under 12 yrs of age or hunters.

Carrs on Clarke a 3-bedroom country home at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, Tumut. Ideal accommodation for a family getaway, girls, couples weekend escape. Our quaint house sleeps 6, with the upstairs loft boasting a Super King-sized bed with the option of splitting into 2 king singles. Please advise for your stay. My unit is located in a very quiet street, and only a 10 min walk to Woden Westfield Town Centre where you'll find retail shops, Coles, Woolworths, cafes, restaurants and a cinema. The hospital is less than a km away. In 2019, I transformed an empty space into a spacious, comfortable unit providing all you need for a seamless stay. It has a large kitchen with centre island bench, and a lounge/dining area opening onto a sunny courtyard. It’s perfect for short or long stays.

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

"1885" Warehouse Apartment

"1885" is a warehouse built in 1885, which has been beautifully converted to apartment style accommodation. It is located on Union Lane, behind Ride Tumba and right beside the Union Hotel. You can easily walk to cafes, pubs and shops and it is just under 2 kilometres to the start of the rail trail. The building is two-storey, with a living and kitchen area downstairs and a spacious open plan bedroom with bathroom upstairs.
