 Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

Nu sunt acceptate animale,iar fumatul este permis doar pe terasa.

It is located on street Nicolae Balcescu, 20m away from the bus station, across the street from a very good mini-market and a fresh fruit & vegetable store, near the artisanal bakery and farmacy.
