Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Eaton Bray is close to Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable. With easy access to Milton Keynes, Luton Airport, and London, our annexe offers a stay in the country! Suitable for couples, solo and business travellers. We're in a quiet village - but there are ducks, geese and horses as neighbours! - with good road links (A5 /M1) and trains from Berkhamsted or Tring. Eaton Bray has a pub, a convenience store and a fish and chip / Chinese shop. There is an Indian restaurant and takeaway close by too.

The Ridgeway Lodge close to Ivinghoe Beacon

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Car House, Berkhamsted

Light and airy contemporary self contained apartment with all the facilities you would expect including parking. Located in a quiet area of Berkhamsted within walking distance of the town centre, golf course and railway station (35 minutes to Euston). Beautiful bathroom/wet room with robes and toiletries supplied. Bread, cereals, preserves, milk, tea and coffee are supplied for breakfast. If you need quiet time in the evenings to study, unwind or just chill out you will find it here.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

Nestled in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, Applewood Cottage offers the perfect retreat for those looking to explore the surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty. The house and it's surrounding areas are well situated for visiting cyclists, walkers and families who want a rural escape. We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.
