However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Please take care on the path down to the annexe as when it has been raining it can be a bit slippery.
