Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

La casa si trova a Valbruna, piccolo e tranquillo paesino della Valcanale, a ridosso delle Alpi Giulie. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e costituisce uno strategico punto di partenza per le escursioni naturalistiche e storiche che offre la Val Saisera. In paese c'è un negozio di alimentari per le prime necessità, a poche centinaia di metri dalla casetta. Un supermercato è a 4 chilometri in direzione di Tarvisio. Ad un km da Valbruna si trovano gli accessi alla ciclovia AlpeAdria.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Vermieten kleines geräumiges Häuschen (ca 45m2) mit direktem Zugang zum Magdalenensee und einem eigenen auf dem Grundstück befindlichen privaten Steg. Das Häuschen befindet sich in einer absolut ruhigen Lage und ist mit allem, was man im Alltag benötigt, ausgestattet. Das Zentrum von Villach ist innerhalb von 5 Autominuten erreichbar. Des Weiteren bietet die Gegend sehr viele Möglichkeiten, um sich sportlich und kulinarisch auszutoben.
