The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Look out over the London Eye and Houses of Parliament or towards the city in this fantastic corner unit with wrap around terrace. We have refurbished the apartment to the highest standard and in a lowest impact, sustainable way, with toxic free natural materials and paints, wooden floors and no chemicals used to clean.

Wooden retreat in the city

This house was completed in September 2024 and was constructed to a high architectural standard. It is build out of CLT so has a calm feel and great light throughout, and all appliances are new. It is my home and I only rent it out when I am not there - your room is the spare bedroom which has a very comfy sofabed with a mattress topper. There is a projector in your room for a home cinema experience while in bed! Note there is a main road outside so some may prefer to bring earplugs.

Our place is a lovely, 130 yr old Victorian flat, with original wooden floors and high ceilings. It is situated in a beautiful and unique historical development near Elephant and Castle, which has some of the last cobbled streets in London. The location is fantastic - essentially 30 mins from everywhere in central London. There are 2 tube stations within 5 mins walk, giving access to Northern and Bakerloo lines. The Southbank and Big Ben are 30 mins walk away.

The apartment is on the 22nd floor, with incredible views out to the city and only 5 mins from the tube, you can be into Oxford Circus in 15 mins. The apartment has everything you need, including a stunning balcony and gym. It’s situated in the recently developed Elephant Park which is a little oasis in the city! Full of cute coffee shops, excellent restaurants and bakeries, with a market at the weekend. Only a short walk into London Bridge and the city!
