On your doorstep you will find the ever changing scenery of the river estuary, the wildlife, walks in the South Downs. Nestled in open countryside and close to the historic village of Hurstpierpoint, The Loft is an ideal base to explore the walks and villages of the beautiful South Downs, Brighton, Hickstead, or as a stopover for Gatwick Airport. The space is in an historic watermill complex (Cobbs Mill) sleeping 2 (with an additional single sofa-bed if required). Outdoors there are plenty of gardens, and a purpose built petanque court. Footpaths lead directly from the property to open countryside.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.
