If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

Emma and Phillip welcome you to one of our two luxury glamping pods complete with outdoor bath near the quaint village of Branscombe. Located on our working farm, you will be secluded in the comfort of the pod, looking out at views of the East Devon countryside. A wood burner is perfect for a cosy winter’s night, or to enjoy those summer evenings there is a large decking. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

The Shepherd’s hut and art room are close to the river. There are four self catering accommodations within the grounds each has access to their own hot tubs. The Shepherd’s hut has a shower and toilet, hair dryer, dressing gowns and a heater. Sole use of the Art room is included and has full cooking facilities, a fridge, a wood burning stove, table and sofa. It is an ideal escape for a romantic weekend. The garden is festooned with fairy lights and who are invited to feed the alpacas.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Moroccan style yurt with art deco fire and cooking facilities, set in its own wooded private area with outside fire pit. With use of glass house and seating area in private grounds including woodland and paddocks to view alpacas peacocks and many more animals. We are 20 minutes from coastal areas 15 minutes from Barnstaple, the Tarka trail and Exmoor. Also their is a footpath to the local pub from the property. We are a small friendly family run business.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space.
