Apartma obsega ločeno spalnica z zakonsko posteljo in dve raztegljivi ležišči za dve osebi v bivalnem prostoru. V apartmaju je polno opremljena kuhinja s pomivalnim strojem, pečico ter jedilnim kotičkom. Na voljo vam je tudi pralni stroj. Apartma je klimatiziran in ima velik pokrit balkon. Na voljo je brezplačna uporaba dveh koles. Dostop je po stopnicah ali z dvigalom.

Ljubka, moderno opremljena lesena hišica z dvema spalnicama je odlična izbira za bivanje v dvoje ali družine z dvema otrokoma, ki si želijo bivanja povezanega z naravo, v zelenem, mirnem okolju Krajiskega parka Goričko. Na terasi hišice vam je na razpolago topla kopel v leseni kadi ali zunanja finska savna s panoramskim razgledom (doplačilo). V ograjenem 30 arskem sadno, zeliščno, zelenjavnem vrtu se nahajata dve hišici ter prostor za druženje ob ognju. Hišni ljubljenčki bivajo brezplačno.

Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Naselje se razprostira sredi zelenih ravnic in ga sestavlja skupina hišic, ki spominja na tipično prekmursko vas. V sklopu nastanitve lahko igrate tenis, okolica pa je priljubljena za igranje golfa, kolesarjenja in pohodništva, za izlete po Prekmurju ter seveda neomejeno plavanje in čofotanje v bazenih v bližnjih Termah 3000.
