We are close to downtown Boulder Creek, minutes away from Santa Cruz, wine tasting, hiking, fine dining, and the coastline. We have no hidden fees and even offer a full return of our cleaning fee. Brand new 800sqft - 2B/2B home includes kitchen with coffee bar, 4K 50" Fire TV, record player, toto toilets, basic first aid kits in medicine cabinet, and a small sofa bed in living room. I try to put everything you need in the bathrooms :) There are ceiling fans and desks in both rooms. Shower/restroom in master room and 1st floor. Easy street parking right in front of home.
